Since 2020, Kwizbot, now known as ConnectiveOne, has evolved from a tool for marketing communications and chatbots into an advanced solution for automating customer service, sales, marketing, HR management, and internal communications within companies. We don't just follow trends – we shape them!
We create connections between customers and brands, employees and companies. With the emergence of new technologies, particularly large language models, we are witnessing how quickly the needs and communication processes of our clients are changing.

The decision to change the name was made with the goal of creating a name that would go beyond technical terminology such as "bot," "core," "AI," or "platform." We chose "clean" semantics of universal words that are understandable to everyone, like "home," "sun," "water." We focused on words like connect, connected, connective, because that is exactly what we do: we connect channels, customers and brands, employees and companies.

ConnectiveOne Copilot transforms contact centers into powerful tools for increasing revenue, helping operators focus on critical requests, improving efficiency, and reducing the level of emotional burnout.
Our team consists of 25 specialists, working under the leadership of Serhiy Kravtsov and Maria Kravtsova, founders of the IT company Evergreen, which has been in the market since 2009. We have partnerships with leading CPaaS, VoIP, eCommerce platforms, as well as with HRIS, ESB, CRM, and ERP systems.
